American Field Labrador Retrievers

On our 50 acre farm located in Maryland at the foothills of the Catoctin Mountains near Camp David we raise health tested, quality AKC American (aka Field) Labrador Retrievers.  All the dogs are treated like family and sleep in the house and help with daily farm chores.  The health of our labs is taken very seriously, through regular veterinary care, proper genetic testing, daily exercise, and their diet. Our dogs’ diets consist of the best organic holistic foods available for optimum health and development.  You won’t find traditional dog kennels on our farm.  Our dogs are family and spend time with us wherever we might go on the farm or off.  Whenever we leave to go somewhere, there’s always a lab or three with us and they all love their turn experiencing new adventures.  Many of our dogs successfully perform in AKC Hunt Tests and train here as well.  The farm is a labor of love since we purchased it a couple of years ago and began restoring the fields, homes, and structures on it so there is always plenty to do.

The name Ironcreek comes from the creek we love to take the dogs to near the house.  Near the creek is an antiquated iron mill and the resulting landscape from it, so the creek was nicknamed “Ironcreek” by our family.  However the creek’s actual name is Little Hunting Creek and is famous for fly fishing and running alongside the President’s retreat, Camp David.

So true, because silvers are not purebred labs | Labrador, Black labrador retriever, Labrador retriever
